Returns & Exchanges
All returns & exchanges must be requested within 7 days of the date the package is delivered. To return/exchange, merchandize must be in brand new condition as received, with the original box they came with and without any tape or marks on the packagebox.
Please submit your return or exchange request by email to email@example.com with the information requested below and we will send you the details on how to send the merchandize back for refund or exchange, usually within 24-48 hours.
Return or Exchange:
Packages sending back to firstname.lastname@example.org as return/exchange must be post marked within 7 days from when your request has been approved.
Pls DO ask us for returning address, DO NOT simply ship them back to the original address, or refund won't be successfully processed. Please also email us relevant tracking number at email@example.com after you ship them out.
Buyer is responsible for shipping package back to bagvalley.cn in original condition & packaging. After inspection we will credit your credit card acct in the amount the buyer paid for the merchandize less standard shipping & handling fee.
Buyer is responsible for shipping item back to bagvalley.cn and paying for shipping & handling a new shipment back to the buyer. Returns and exchanges back to bagvalley.cn must be posted marked within 7 days your request has been approved.
